Cats and other animals

The felines take over.

In the eternal city I wandered in ancient temples and learn to communicate with cats. I became a gattara, a cat lady, like Anna Magnani and many a cat lady before her. I got to know and to love many of Rome's stray feline population as I looked after them with other gattare and gattari. My feline portraits are a homage to their beauty, character and resilience.
